Save Your Photos Month- A WHOLE month dedicated to saving memories!

Save Your Photos Month (SYPM) launched back in 2014, originally as Save Your Photos Day. In 2016 this one-day event expanded into a month-long public awareness campaign. Hosted by The Photo Managers, tools and knowledge were shared with the general public to help protect, save, and share their photos.

Today, SYPM has grown into a global movement offering free education, expert advice, and community engagement to help individuals, families, and professionals safeguard their photo legacies. A series of live broadcasts, downloadable resources, and special events are offered yearly, covering topics such as digitizing, organizing, restoring, and sharing photo and video collections.

New for 2025, Save Your Photos Week was hosted in March, aligned with World Backup Day, to emphasize the importance of year-round photo preparedness. If you did not catch my presentation on how to ‘Digitize Like a Pro’, you can catch the replay here.

Below is the schedule for this month line-up that you can watch live and have your questions answered by professionals in the industry or sign up for announcements and watch later. Join in at 11 AM PST on Tuesdays and Fridays on YouTube @thephotomanager. Attendance is free!
